SPC October Tournament - important information for participants. Must Read!

Dear players, thank you so much for registering to the SPC October Tournament taking place on 3-4 Oct. To ensure we make this a pleasant experience for all, we kindly ask you to follow the following rules:
- COVID protocols and social distancing
- If you have any symptoms of cold or you suspect you may have COVID-19 or have been in recent contact with anybody suspected of having COVID-19, please withdraw from the tournament and do not come to the club
- Please follow the COVID-19 protocols set by the club, throughout your stay https://stratfordpadelclub.org/covid-19-club-rules
- When you are not on court, please ensure that you spend more time outdoors, rather than indoors
- When on our premises, please ensure you maintain social distance from other players
- Changing rooms and toilets are open, but the showers will be closed for the duration of the tournament
- We also advise you to use a face mask, in order to protect yourself and the other players
- Please avoid bringing guests, if they are not playing, in order to reduce the numbers on site
- Please respect the COVID-19 rules displayed on site!
- Pairings, draw and payments
- Registrations have closed at 3pm today, no registrations are accepted after.
- Fee payment is required by 2 Oct, no payment will be taken on site.
- The draw will be announced on Friday on the app, social media and on our website, it will not be sent directly to players
- The format of each tournament will be announced on Friday, with the draw
- Arrival
- Please do not arrive more than 10 min prior to your match, for those who are given indicative timings in the draw
- If your match is 10am, you will not be allowed on site prior to 9.50, so please avoid coming early
- As parking on site is very limited, please cycle, walk, use public transport or find parking in the area
- If you are late for your match, without informing the organisers, you will be forfeiting the match

- Play
- Matches will take place on all 5 courts, indoor and outdoor, weather permitting. Organisers will make the decision on who plays on each court.
- Players are not allowed physical , skin to skin contact, unless they are part of the same household
- Balls will be provided by the organisers
